4. Business

Online sale, by monthly subscription, of access to practice exams (corrected practice questions) for IT certifications. The conditions of sale are set out in the Terms of Sale, and the rules of use in the Terms of Use.

5. Independence

InfraPrep is an independent service with no connection to the vendors of the certifications it prepares for. Product and certification names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the exam a test prepares for. The questions are written by InfraPrep from the vendors' public documentation and do not reproduce any real exam question.

6. Intellectual property

The questions, answers, explanations, texts, badges and graphics of the website belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise. Any full or partial reproduction or performance made without the publisher's consent is unlawful (article L. 122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code). Extracting or reusing a substantial part of the question database is also prohibited (article L. 342-1 of the same code). The detailed rules are in the Terms of Use.

7. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and cookies in the Cookie Policy. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.

8. Consumer mediation

Consumers may refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator (articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code); the mediator's contact details are sent on request at contact@infraprep.fr. How to use mediation is explained in article 12 of the Terms of Sale.

9. Reporting content

To report unlawful content or an infringement of your rights, write to contact@infraprep.fr, describing the content and where it appears on the website. To challenge the accuracy of an answer, use the "Contest this answer" button (see the Terms of Use).
